RETURN POLICY



This Return Policy shall be applicable when you make any purchases on www.flowzen.fit/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).


We understand that there may be instances where you need to initiate a return, and we are here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and FlowZen. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not place orders with us.


This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.


  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

    By placing an order with us you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.


  2. PRICING DISCLAIMER

    We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. FlowZen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, FlowZen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned product. We may also update the prices of our products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.


  3. RETURN AND REFUND

    1. Return Period:

      1. Balance Trainer and PRO Strap: You may return the balance trainer and PRO Strap within thirty (30) days of your purchase if you find that they do not meet your expectations or requirements.

      2. Clothing, Hats, and Backpacks: Our clothing, hats, and backpacks can be returned within thirty (30) days only if they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that if these items have been used or worn, they are not eligible for return.

    2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@flowzen.fit. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. When returning an item, please ensure that it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    3. Condition of Returned Orders: The products in the order that you wish to return must be unused, have no signs of wear, damage, and returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, including but not limited to the packaging box and any original tags attached. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/refund request.

    4. Shipping Cost and Responsibility: If you decide to initiate a return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Alternatively, we can provide a return label, and once the returned item arrives, we will refund the product price, minus our shipping cost. However, if the product you received was damaged or defective, we may refund the product price in full.

    5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund within one (1) business day. If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will process a refund in your original method of payment.

    6. Refunds for Returned Order: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process a refund within one (1) business day.

      1. Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds to credit or debit cards typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days, which is often dictated by the card-issuing bank.

      2. Online Payment Services (e.g., PayPal): Refunds via online payment services can vary. Some are instant, while others may take a few business days to reflect in your account.


  4. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    This Policy in no way restricts your statutory right of any return as per laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you. In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.


  5. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may add to or change or update this Return Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the website after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
